1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account is used for both this website and the desktop app.

2. Subscriptions & licenses

Access to AimShark requires an active subscription or license. Plans renew or expire according to the tier you choose. Licenses are tied to your account and bound to a limited number of devices.

3. Acceptable use

Use AimShark only on accounts, devices, and software you own or are authorized to use. Do not resell, redistribute, or attempt to extract the models or app internals.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and models may change.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms. See the Refund Policy for billing specifics.
