Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AimShark website, account system, and desktop application. By creating an account or using AimShark, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. One account is used for both this website and the desktop app. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

2. Subscriptions and licenses

Using AimShark requires an active subscription or license. Plans renew or expire according to the tier you choose, and recurring plans continue until you cancel. Your license is tied to your account and may be activated on a limited number of devices; you can see and manage your devices from your portal. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AimShark for as long as your license is active — you do not acquire ownership of the software or the AI models.

3. Acceptable use

Use AimShark only on accounts, devices, and software you own or are authorized to use, and only in a way that is lawful where you live. Do not share your account, resell or redistribute AimShark or its models, or attempt to copy, decompile, extract, or reverse-engineer the application, its protection, or the AI models. Do not use AimShark to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or anyone else's.

You are responsible for making sure your use of AimShark complies with the rules of any game, platform, or service you use it alongside. Those rules are set by third parties, not by us, and their enforcement is outside our control.

4. Our intellectual property

AimShark, its software, models, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. The rights we do not expressly grant in these terms are reserved.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep AimShark available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, models, and supported hardware may change over time as the product improves. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and, where significant, notify account holders by email.

6. Billing

Payments, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. No warranty

AimShark is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AimShark will meet your requirements, achieve any particular result, or run without error on every system.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of access to any third-party account or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to AimShark is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using AimShark and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or breach of these terms. If we terminate your access for breach, no refund is owed except where required by law.
