Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AimShark collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers both this website and the AimShark desktop application.

1. What we collect

Account details — your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), your plan, and your license status.

Device identifiers — a hardware identifier from each computer you activate, used to bind your license to a limited number of devices.

Security and usage records — sign-in events, license checks, model downloads, and abuse-prevention signals. Where we log the IP address of a website visit, we store it only in hashed form.

Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help.

We do not collect gameplay footage, screen captures, or the contents of your screen.

2. Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered with that processor and are never stored on our servers. We keep a record of your purchases, plan, and license so we can provide access and answer billing questions.

3. How we use your data

To create and secure your account, verify what your license entitles you to, deliver the AI models included with your plan, enforce device limits, prevent fraud and account sharing, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate AimShark — for website hosting, account sign-in and database storage, payment processing, account email, security and abuse prevention, and licensing and model delivery to the desktop app. They process your data only as needed to provide those services to us, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, and never for their own marketing.

5. Desktop sign-in

When you sign in from the AimShark desktop app — including unsuccessful attempts — your account email, IP address, device identifier, and license details (key, plan, status, expiry, and device count) are sent to our licensing and model-delivery service. Once you are signed in, basic account details such as your plan, role, account-creation date, and linked Discord ID if you have one may also be shared. This confirms what your license includes, delivers the AI models you are entitled to, and detects account sharing, fraud, and abuse. It is not used for advertising and is never sold.

6. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then removed or anonymised.

7. Your choices

You can view and update your account details from your portal, and you can cancel at any time. You may request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete it — write to us using the contact details below. We may need to keep limited records after deletion where fraud prevention, accounting, or law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Age

AimShark is a paid product intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or buy a license. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify account holders by email.
