Refund Policy

Draft — for review before launch. This policy describes how billing, refunds, and cancellations work.

1. Subscriptions

Recurring plans can be canceled at any time and keep working until the end of the paid period. They do not auto-refund partial periods.

2. One-time passes

Day passes and lifetime purchases are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once the license is issued and used.

3. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, access is paused (not deleted). Update your payment method to restore access; no history is lost.

4. Chargebacks

Disputing a legitimate charge may result in suspension of the associated license.

For billing questions, reach support before opening a dispute and we'll work to resolve it.

Final policy will be reviewed against Stripe and payment-network rules before launch.
